Today (November 13, 2024), Star TV’s new series “Sahipsizler” premiered with its first episode.
On Wednesdays, shows like “Kuruluş Osman,” “Leyla,” and “Sandık Kokusu” are currently airing their latest episodes, and now, “Sahipsizler” has entered the competition by airing at the same time and day.
The success of the new Turkish series “Sahipsizler” will likely be determined within its first two episodes. Turkish television ratings usually reveal whether a new show will succeed or not rather quickly. If it fails to compete in ratings with its rivals, it may conclude with a final episode after just four episodes.

Story and Plot of “Sahipsizler”:
“Sahipsizler” tells the story of six siblings, Azize, Cemo, Zeliha, Fidan, Samet, and Balım, who suddenly lose their parents overnight. Despite facing various hardships, they strive to stay together and survive. Although the story is set in Istanbul, the tragedy these siblings face originates from the deep love between their parents, Bala and Rıfat, which began in a distant village in Mardin.

After escaping captivity from a powerful and dangerous man named Yavuz, who was obsessed with Bala, Rıfat and Bala fled from Mardin, faked their deaths, and started a new life in a secluded forest, where they raised six children. They lived a peaceful life until the tragic day when Yavuz tracked them down. Now, Azize, the eldest sister, has taken on the role of mother and father to her siblings as they set out on a perilous journey to Istanbul.

In Istanbul, a harsh city they’ve never encountered, they seek their father’s trusted friend “Uncle Aslan,” facing many struggles and dangers along the way.
