What Happened in the Season Finale of Kızıl Goncalar?
The arrival of Cüneyd’s father suddenly complicated matters. “Vahid” first poisoned and killed his own father, framing Meryem Tezel for the crime.
Cüneyd’s father Vahid appears to have come prepared to seize control at the lodge, having already established his own gang. He was so prepared that his men almost beat his own brother, Sadi Hüdayi Güneş, with sticks.
While still at the lodge, Vahid, as his first ruthless act upon assuming power, cut off Zeynep’s father Naim’s arm for stealing. Naim will now continue with one arm in the new season…
Mira, in an attempt to confirm her mother’s identity, took a saliva sample from her mother Beste while she was sleeping and sent it to a testing center. Of course, Beste noticed and tampered with the results. However, Meryem Tezel, trusting her instincts and piecing together the clues, realized that Mira is her daughter.
Just as Meryem was about to tell Mira, “I am your mother,” the police arrived and took Meryem into custody on suspicion of murdering Mürşid Hazretleri.
Vahid whispered the phrase “jump, mother” into Cüneyd’s ear. This caused Cüneyd to have a breakdown, recalling past events where his mother asked, “Should I jump, my son?” and he replied, “Jump, mother.” His mother then jumped off a bridge. Remembering all this, Cüneyd began to blame himself again and mysteriously disappeared.
